 Thank you for your order!  The Bristol Blues Store is committed to providing you with the highest quality products at the lowest possible pricing - and always with great customer service!

Payment Types:
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and debit cards with the VISA or MasterCard logo. If you have received a coupon code, please  enter it on the check-out page.

Order Tracking:
You will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order has been received.  To view the status of your order, please click on “Order Status” located on the top menu bar and enter your order number.  You will also receive an e-mail when your order has shipped.

We do our best to keep items in stock. Occasionally we experience a temporary delay while items are being produced.  If an item is currently out of stock, you will be notified by e-mail.  Backordered items will be shipped when they become available at no additional shipping and handling charge.  If an item has been discontinued, we will let you know and will be glad to help you choose an alternate item.

Shipping & Handling:
Orders can be picked up at the Blues Retail Store located at 357 N.Main Street, Bristol, CT 06010 or at the Muzzy Field Store during any Home Blues Game.

Orders are shipped once credit card information has been authorized and the address verified.  Orders typically ship within 2-4 business days of receipt of order.

Orders Shipped within U.S.:
U.S. orders ship via the most cost effective method (US Mail or UPS) and usually arrive within 3 business days for the East Coast and 6 business days for the West Coast.

Orders Shipped to Canada:
Shipping & Handling Rates: $10.00 for first item, $2.00 each additional item.

Exchanges & Returns:
We want you to be happy!  Please do not hesitate to call or e-mail with any questions about sizing or style.  We will be glad to assist you in choosing the product that best fits your needs.

Online merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of ship date.  All items must be in original condition (unworn/unwashed/unused/tags on/saleable condition).
